SI Capital & Financial Services has informed that Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company in its meeting held today, approved and allotted 5000 number of Secured Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) of face value of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) each on private placement basis as per the details as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 and with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is set out in Annexure A and is enclosed herewith. The Debenture Allotment Committee meeting commenced at 11.00 AM and concluded at 11.08 AM. The above information will be made available on the Company’s website at www.sicapital.co.in.
