Shriram Asset Management Company informs about allotment of equity shares under ESOP
Shriram Asset Management Company has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Company, on March 17, 2026 at 11.55 am, through Circular Resolution, has approved the allotment of 52,312 Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10/- each, fully paid-up, to 6 employees of the Company who have exercised their Stock Options granted under the ESOP 2022. The details as required under Regulation 10 (c) of the SEBI SBEB Regulations, are enclosed as ‘Annexure’. Pursuant to the said allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 16,92,83,840/- to ₹ 16,98,06,960/-.
