ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company has informed that the Company has allotted 56,510 equity shares of face value of ₹ 10 each on March 17, 2026, under the following schemes: • ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company - Employees Stock Option Scheme (2005): 51,360 equity shares • ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company - Employees Stock Unit Scheme (2023): 5,150 equity shares. The above-referred allotment has been approved by the Managing Director & CEO of the Company today, at 11:37 am IST pursuant to the authority delegated by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on January 22, 2019.
