Aadhar Housing Finance informs about change in address of corporate office
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aadhar Housing Finance has informed that the Corporate Office of the Company shall be shifted from the existing address ‘8th Floor, Unit No. 802, Natraj by Rustomjee, Junction of Western Express Highway and M. V. Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400069’ to a new address ‘Office No. 501 and 503, 5th Floor, Lightbridge, Saki Vihar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai Suburban (District), Maharashtra- 400072’ from 2nd April 2026. The statutory registers and records shall be kept at the new Corporate Office of the Company with effect from 2nd April, 2026.
