Shree Cement gains on emerging as preferred bidder for Limestone Block in Andhra Pradesh

The company has been declared as the Preferred Bidder by the government of Andhra Pradesh

Shree Cement is currently trading at Rs. 23806.75, up by 144.95 points or 0.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 23661.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 23701.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 24000.00 and Rs. 23701.40 respectively. So far 149 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 32508.20 on 22-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 22860.70 on 13-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 24140.00 and Rs. 22860.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 86316.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.55%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.91% and 12.53% respectively.

Shree Cement has been declared as the Preferred Bidder by the government of Andhra Pradesh for grant of Mining Lease for Dommarnandyala - 1 Limestone Block situated at YSR Kadapa District in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The block is spreads over an area of 373 hectares of land. The company had participated in e-auction conducted by the government of Andhra Pradesh for the said grant.
