In relation to the Rights Issue and further to its letter dated 02nd March, 2026, Annvrridhhi Ventures has informed that it enclosed copies of newspaper advertisement published today, Wednesday, 18th March, 2026 in the newspapers, Financial Express (English Daily) in All India Edition, Jansatta (Hindi daily) in All India Edition & Arthik Lipi (Bengali daily) in All India Edition regarding the dispatch of first call money notice for the first call to the holders of partly paid-up equity shareholders as on the record date i.e. 10th March, 2026. Further, in terms of Regulation 46 of The SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the aforesaid information is also being disclosed on the website of the Company www.annvrridhhi.com.
