Infosys informs about company update
Infosys has informed that, Board of Infosys Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company has approved to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in the name and style of ‘Infosys Enterprise Business Services’ (or by any other name as available in the commercial register) in Australia. Additional information as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 will be disclosed in due course. The same will also be hosted on the Company’s website, at www.infosys.com.
