ln compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISDPOD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025 and the ‘Code for Prevention of Insider Trading’ adopted by the Company, Aster DM Healthcare has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from March 19, 2026 and would be re-opened after 48 hours from the date of declaration of the financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
