GMR Power and Urban Infra informs about incorporation of step-down subsidiary
GMR Power and Urban Infra has informed that GMR Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has incorporated GMR Andhra Pradesh Renewable Energy-I (‘GAPREL’) as its wholly owned subsidiary. It may be noted that GAPREL has been incorporated to explore business opportunities in renewable energy space and is yet to engage in active business. In this regard, it has enclosed the disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/l/3762/2026 issued on July 11, 2023 and last updated on January 30, 2026, as per Annexure ‘A’.
