On recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board considered and approved the following matters: 1. Fixed the remuneration of Raj Katia (DIN: 06360347) as the Chairman & Managing Director of the company for the remaining period of 2 year from the March 23, 2026 to March 22, 2028, subject to members approval at the ensuring Annual General Meeting.
