DISA India informs about closure of trading window
DISA India has informed that as per Company’s policy framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window will be closed from March 22, 2026 up to 48 hours after the date on which the results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026 is announced. The Board Meeting date shall be intimated separately.
