Benara Bearings and Pistons has informed that the Board at its’ meeting held on 20th March 2026, have approved the appointments of Harvendra Singh and Sunidhi Jain as an additional Directors, designated as Independent Directors with effect from 20th March 2026, subject to approval of Members by means of EOGM/Postal Ballot Rules. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), it has attached additional disclosures as required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III- Para A(7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circulars issued in this regard. Meeting was commenced at 11.35 Hrs and concluded at 12.40 Hrs.
