The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the aforesaid period will be intimated in due course. Directors & Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter /deal in any transactions involving sale or purchase of shares of Ajcon Global Services during the period of closure of Trading Window.
