Technocraft Industries (India) has informed that, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed from April 1 st, 2026 till 48 hours after the Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter/Year ending on March 31st , 2026 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with stock exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter/Year ending on March 31st 2026 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
