Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insiders formulated under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Invigorated Business Consulting has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, will remain closed from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results of the Company will be intimated in due course.
