Purchase order received dated March 20, 2026, for supply of BIS-certified 715/720 Wp Topcon N-type Bifacial Dual Glass Solar Panels for grid connected solar projects at Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh. The total order value is approximately ₹14,10,09,940/- exclusive of GST. 2. Purchase order received dated March 19, 2026 for supply of Solar Panel_Non DCR_Topcon_Half Cut_132 Cell_G12 (715/720 Wp_G to G_Make-Solarium) for projects in Puducherry. The total order value is approximately ₹8,40,88,368/- exclusive of GST. The aggregate value of these Purchase Orders stands at approximately ₹22,50,98,308/- exclusive of GST, reflecting the Company’s steady business growth and expected to strengthen revenue visibility and manufacturing capabilities.
