Atlantaa has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 to 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons (including Directors and Auditors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in (buy or sell) Equity shares of the Company during the stated period.
