Mukta Arts has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trade by insiders, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Designated Persons and its immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. Board Meeting date for consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026, shall be intimated in due course.
