Lupin, Adani Enterprises and Bharti Airtel to see some action today

Adani Energy Solutions has executed SPA with PFC Consulting for acquiring 100% Equity Shares of South Kalamb Power Transmission

Lupin has received tentative approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application for Sugammadex Injection, 200 mg/2 mL (100 mg/mL) and 500 mg/5 mL (100 mg/mL) Single-Dose Vial. The USFDA has tentatively approved Lupin’s Sugammadex Injection, 200 mg/2 mL (100 mg/mL) and 500 mg/5 mL (100 mg/mL) Single-Dose Vial as bioequivalent to Merck’s Bridion Injection for the reversal of neuromuscular blockade induced by rocuronium bromide and vecuronium bromide in adults and pediatric patients aged 2 years and older undergoing surgery.

Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL) has executed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with SKYIWAVE and its existing shareholders for acquisition of 100% equity shares in SKYWAVE on March 30, 2026. On the same day, AAHL has completed the acquisition process and taken over the operational control of SKYIWAVE. The cost of the said acquisition is Rs 3 crore. The object of acquisition is to operate and maintain OOH advertising, hoardings, and innovative media solutions. Consequently, SKYIWAVE has become a wholly owned subsidiary of AAHL and a step-down subsidiary of the company effective March 30, 2026. 

Bharti Airtel’s subsidiary -- Nxtra Data (Nxtra) is all set to receive an investment of $1 billion from Alpha Wave Global, Carlyle and Anchorage Capital, through their affiliates, to expand its network across India and accelerate growth. The company will also participate in this round. As part of the pact, Alpha Wave Global will invest $435 million, Carlyle $240 million, Anchorage Capital $35 million, with the rest being infused by the company. The investors’ final shareholding will be subject to finalized post-closing adjustments. The company will continue to retain a controlling stake in Nxtra. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals in India.

Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) has executed Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with PFC Consulting (PFCCL) for acquiring 100% Equity Shares of South Kalamb Power Transmission (SKPTL). This acquisition is proposed to further AESL’s strategy for enhancing value for its shareholders through organic as well as inorganic opportunities.

Saatvik Green Energy’s material subsidiary -- Saatvik Solar Industries has received and accepted an order aggregating to Rs 57.03 crore from one renowned Independent Power producers/EPC Players for the supply of Solar PV Modules. The order will be executed by March 2026.

NTPC Green Energy’s (NGEL) wholly owned subsidiary -- NTPC Renewable Energy (NTPC REL) has executed a Green Ammonia Purchase Agreement (GAPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for supply of Green Ammonia under the SIGHT Scheme of the National Green Hydrogen Mission, Government of India. The agreement entails the supply of 70,000 MTPA of Green Ammonia by NTPC REL to Krishna Phoschem, located at Meghnagar, Madhya Pradesh for which SECI is the intermediary procurer. 

GMR Power and Urban Infra’s wholly owned subsidiary -- GMR Energy (GEL) has acquired 5,09,80,769 Equity Shares of GMR Kamalanga Energy (GKEL) (representing 2.37% of the equity share capital of GKEL) from IDFC First Bank (IDFC) at a negotiated consideration amount of Rs 60 crore (Transaction). The transaction will consolidate the existing stake of the Company in GKEL close to about 100% and will result in improved strategic control of the Company over GKEL.
