Pet Plastics informs about board meeting outcome
In furtherance to intimation dated 27th March, 2026, Pet Plastics has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 31st March, 2026, which commenced at 12:00 PM and concluded at 07:00 PM considered that the Company has entered into Share Purchase Agreement dated 31st March, 2026 with ANS Buggy LLP (LLPIN: ACB-9934) for transfer of entire equity shares being held by Bharatam Ventures (Formerly Known as Pet Plastics) in its subsidiary namely Exuberant Systems Private Limited (ESPL). Therefore, upon completion of the aforesaid transfer, ESPL would cease to be subsidiary of the Company. Disclosure in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 is attached as Annexure I.
