Ashok Leyland reports 5% rise in March sales
The company’s total domestic sales in March 2026 stood at 23,743 units
Ashok Leyland has reported 5% rise in its total sales, including exports, at 25,381 units in March 2026 as compared to 24,060 units in March 2025. During March 2026, the company’s Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) sales grew 12% year-on-year (Y-o-Y) to 7,863 units. Further, its Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (M&HCV) Trucks sales rose 11% to 14,470 units in March 2026 compared to 13,019 units in previous year same month. Besides, M&HCV Bus sales decreased 24% to 3,048 units in March 2026 as compared to 4,019 units in March 2025.
The company’s total domestic sales in March 2026 stood at 23,743 units, a growth of 5% Y-o-Y. Its domestic LCV sales increased 17% to 7,505 units in March 2026. Moreover, its M&HCV Trucks sales grew 10% to 14,138 units in March 2026, while M&HCV bus sales decreased 34% to 2,100 units in March 2026.
