Universal Cables has confirmed that the security certificates received for dematerialization during the quarter ended March 31, 2026, have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in the records as the registered owner. The Certificate dated April 1, 2026 received from MUFG Intime India (Formerly known as Link Intime India), Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company confirming compliance of the provisions of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is enclosed for reference.
