In terms of provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Bombay Potteries & Tiles has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain close for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026, shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the Trading Window Closure Period.
