Zaggle makes investment of Rs 49.99 crore in RTPL
The aforesaid investment will not cause any change in the shareholding of the company in RTPL, and it will continue to be wholly owned subsidiary of the company
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has made an investment of Rs 49.99 crore in Rivpe Technology (RTPL). RTPL has allotted 3,42,147 Equity shares of Face Value of Rs 10 each by way of rights issue to the company pursuant to the said investment. The aforesaid investment will not cause any change in the shareholding of the company in RTPL, and it will continue to be wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services operates in a segment where it interacts and interface with its customers (i.e., businesses) and end Users (i.e., employees) and is among a small number of uniquely positioned players with a diversified offering of fintech products and services.
