Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions informs about sales of shares
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 April 2026 has approved the sale of shares of Clean Max Ahhope, wholly owned subsidiary to Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages. In compliance with the SEBI Listing Regulations and Securities and Exchange Board of India Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/l/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026 (as amended), the details of the transaction are provided in Annexure A enclosed. The same will be made available on the Company’s website www.cleanmax.com.
