Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy informs about update on material litigations
In continuation to its disclosures dated September 22, 2025 and November 29, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has informed that the Sterling and Wilson Solar Solutions Inc., (wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company) made all the payments to Conti, LLC, USA as awarded by the Arbitration Tribunal. Accordingly, the litigation/arbitration is concluded. The details required in accordance with the SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, on update of material litigation(s) or dispute(s) are enclosed as ‘Annexure-A’.
