Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Deep Health AI India has infomred that Kailash Chandra (DIN: 10985611) has tendered his resignation on April 03, 2026, as the Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours of April 03, 2026. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 -Para A of Part A of Schedule III read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated January 30, 2026, issued in this regard, are given in Annexure – I. The letter of resignation received from Mr. Kailash Chandra is enclosed as Annexure - II.
