Devyani International informs about change in senior management personnel
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Devyani International has informed that as per the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution passed today (at 7:12 pm) approved the appointments of Sandeep Anand, as Chief Marketing Officer and Business Head- Pizza Hut with effect from April 6, 2026 (who will also Vijay Gogate, CEO-Pizza Hut) and Robinder Singh as Business Head- Costa Coffee & Airports (both designated as Senior Management Personnel) with effect from April 6, 2026. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is attached as Annexure I.
