Filatex Fashions informs about updates
Filatex Fashions has informed that the Company had previously submitted an application dated 14.11.2025 to BSE and National Stock Exchange of India seeking reclassification of Promoters under Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. With reference pertaining to re-classification of two of Promoters, namely Mahavir Golechha and Shailaja Katar for reclassification from ‘Promoter’ to ‘Public’ category, the Promoters have decided to withdraw their re-classification application vide their letters dated 01.04.2026 and will continue to remain as a part of the Promoters of the Company.
