Omega Ag-Seeds Punjab has informed that it enclosed the annual declaration received from the Promoters/Promoter Group of the Company under Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Promoters/Promoter Group have confirmed that they have not made any encumbrance, directly or indirectly, on the shares held by them in the Company.
