With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, SEB/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated April 13, 2022 and SEB/HO/DDHS/DDHSRACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC) disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Corporates (LC), Modis Navnirman has informed that the company does not fall under the category of ‘Large Corporates (LC)’ as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular.
