Physical Rubber prices extended gains on Monday amid robust industrial demand and supply concerns in the market. Meanwhile, rising crude oil prices have increased the production cost of synthetic rubber, forcing manufacturers to shift their demand toward natural rubber.
Spot prices for the RSS-4 variety rose to Rs 229/kg to its previous closing of Rs 228/kg; while the RSS-5 variety gained to Rs 225/kg to its previous closing of Rs 224/kg.
