Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, Asian Star Company has informed that Ranajit K. Pattanaik (Vice President (operation) Hosur Unit), has tendered his resignation from the position of Vice President (operation) Hosur Unit of the Company with effect from March 31, 2026 due to health issue. The details as required under the aforesaid regulations and circular are enclosed. A copy of the said resignation letter is attached as an annexure to this letter.
