Prostarm Info Systems jumps on getting Rs 165 crore LoA from Solarium Green Energy

The LoA is for execution of End-to-End EPC works for 50 MWac Solar PV Power Project in the State of Maharashtra

Prostarm Info Systems is currently trading at Rs. 142.10, up by 11.20 points or 8.56% from its previous closing of Rs. 130.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 144.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 147.95 and Rs. 139.95 respectively. So far 75315 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 253.00 on 30-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 107.10 on 13-Jun-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 147.95 and Rs. 119.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 867.22 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.82%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.93% and 25.24% respectively.

Prostarm Info Systems has received a Letter of Award (LoA) as a sub-contractor from Solarium Green Energy for execution of the complete Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for a 50 MWac Solar PV Power Project, excluding 3 years of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services in the state of Maharashtra, awarded under a project of Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO). The total order value is around Rs 165 crore exclusive of GST. The same has been accepted on April 07, 2026.

Prostarm Info Systems is engaged in designing, manufacturing, assembling, sale, service and supply of Energy Storage Equipment and Power Conditioning Equipment (Power Solution Products) in India.
