Avio Smart Market Stack informs about updates on acquisition
With reference to its earlier intimation dated January 08, 2026, January 23, 2026 and February 16, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) Avio Smart Market Stack has informed that the Company has made an equity investment in Shree Naganarasimha (‘SNN’) amounting to INR 1,00,00,000/-. Pursuant to the said investment, the Company will get 3,469 equity shares of SNN at a price of INR 2,882/- per share, including a premium of INR 2,872/- per share, representing 20.48% of the paid-up equity share capital of SNN. The disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, is attached as per ‘Annexure A’
