Other than Equity shares, none of its specified securities or debt securities or non-convertible redeemable preference shares were listed on the stock exchange in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; and 2. Its outstanding long-term borrowing [including outstanding borrowing with original maturity of more than 1 year & excluding external commercial borrowings and inter-corporate borrowings between a parent and subsidiary(ies)] did not exceed Rs 100 crore; and 3. The company has not obtained any credit rating from any credit rating agencies. Therefore, the company do not fall under the category of Large Corporate as stated in para 2.1 r/w 1.2 under Chapter XII - Fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large corporate, of the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated 10-Aug-2021.
