InterGlobe Aviation has informed that ESOP Allotment Committee of the Company in its meeting held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, considered and approved the allotment of shares pursuant to exercise of vested stock options. The details of the said allotments under InterGlobe Aviation Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015 and InterGlobe Aviation Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023 are provided in Annexure I & II, respectively.
