Consequent to the completion of the transaction, Svaas Wellness will cease to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company
Dr. Reddy's Laboratories has entered into an agreement for sale of its entire shareholding in its wholly owned subsidiary, Svaas Wellness. Consequent to the completion of the transaction, Svaas Wellness will cease to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The consideration to be received from such sale is Rs 2.23 crore.
