Consequent to the aforesaid disposal of shares, the Company’s shareholding in M/s. Roni Agro has reduced from 49.02% to 44.76%
Roni Households has disposed of 2,13,029 equity shares, representing 4.26% of the paid-up share capital of M/s. Roni Agro, to various buyers. Consequent to the aforesaid disposal of shares, the Company’s shareholding in M/s. Roni Agro has reduced from 49.02% to 44.76%.
