Stovec Industries has informed that the 52nd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 02:30 pm through video conferencing/other audio-visual means (VC/ OAVM) in compliance of MCA General Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025 and other applicable provisions. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 1, 2026 to May 7, 2026 for the purpose of AGM of the Company.
