Kuberan Global Edu Solutions submits annual disclosure
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 and amendments thereto (the said Circular), Kuberan Global Edu has informed that as on 31st March, 2026, the company is not a Large Corporate in terms of the criteria specified under the said SEBI Circular. In view of this, the framework for fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate is not applicable to the company and the requirement of filing the initial disclosure and annual disclosure does not arise.
