Premier Energies, Sri Lotus Developers and KEC International to see some action today

Euro Pratik Sales’ wholly owned subsidiary-- Euro Pratik Trade-FZCO has acquired 51% shareholding in Elements Trading Co (LLC)

Premier Energies has received orders aggregating to Rs 2,577 crore in Q4 FY 2026 for supply of 1,600 MW solar cells and modules. Execution of these orders is scheduled across FY 2027 and 2028. The contracts have come from a mix of leading domestic Independent Power Producers (IPPs), module manufacturers and EPC contractors in India, reflecting continued confidence in the company’s execution capabilities and integrated manufacturing platform.

Sri Lotus Developers & Realty has launched its first brand campaign, ‘Luxury Coastline Collection’ marking a strategic expansion beyond its stronghold in Juhu and Andheri West into Mumbai’s most prestigious coastal micro-markets. This first-of-its-kind initiative in India features 11 stunning projects across Mumbai’s most sought-after coastal locations, including Versova, Juhu, Carter Road, Bandstand, Prabhadevi, and Nepean Sea Road. The portfolio is slated for completion within the next four years.

KEC International has secured new orders of Rs 2,518 crores across various businesses. Civil business has secured its largest-ever Commercial Real Estate order from a leading real estate developer in Western India. Transportation business has secured an order in JV in the prestigious Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) segment under ‘Kavach’ in India. Cables & Conductors business has secured orders for supply of various types of cables and conductors in India and the overseas market.

Euro Pratik Sales’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Euro Pratik Trade-FZCO has acquired 51% shareholding in Elements Trading Co (LLC) for a consideration of AED 51,000. Consequently, the Elements Trading Co (LLC) has become stepdown subsidiary of the Company. The object of acquisition was to acquire majority stake in Element Trading Co (LLC) to have market reach in Dubai.

ACME Solar Holdings’ subsidiary -- ACME Eco Clean Energy has commissioned additional 4 MW out of 100 MW wind power project at Village: Titoda, Taluka: Sayla, Dist: Surendaranagar, Gujarat. The commissioning has been witnessed and confirmed by Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company (PGVCL) officials, and the formal certificate is expected to be issued shortly. With this, ACME Eco Clean Energy has achieved a commissioned capacity of 96 MW out of 100 MW.

Network People Services Technologies (NPST) has secured an order from a public sector bank to deploy its AI-powered Risk Intelligence and Decision Platform (RIDP) for merchant underwriting and monitoring. NPST's RIDP runs on a cloud-native, modular architecture and manages merchant risk across online and POS channels, from onboarding through the full merchant lifecycle.
