Signatureglobal (India) reports 5% decline in sales bookings in Q4FY26
The company sold 368 homes in January-March 2026 compared to 591 units in the year-ago period
Signatureglobal (India) has reported a 5 per cent decline in sales bookings to Rs 1,540 crore in the fourth quarter of this fiscal (Q4FY26). Its sales bookings or pre-sales stood at Rs 1,620 crore in the year-ago period. The pre-sales during Q3FY26 stood at Rs 2,020 crore. In FY26, the company’s pre-sales stood at Rs 8,220 crore.
The company sold 368 homes in January-March 2026 compared to 591 units in the year-ago period. During Q4FY26, the company’s collections stood at Rs 910 crore.
