Adani Green Energy rises as its arm sings joint venture agreement with Minerva

Minerva is wholly owned by EPointZero, AGEL UAE shall invest in JVCo for upto 20% interest, as per the JVA

Adani Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 1041.95, up by 12.20 points or 1.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 1029.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1030.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1046.00 and Rs. 1021.60 respectively. So far 2407054 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1179.20 on 23-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 767.00 on 23-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1046.00 and Rs. 855.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 171561.63 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.43%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.66% and 21.91% respectively.

Adani Green Energy’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Adani Renewable Energy Middle East (AGEL UAE) has signed a joint venture agreement (JVA) with Minerva Holding RSC (Minerva), for Minerva Renewables Holding RSC (JVCo) on April 08, 2026.

Under this agreement, EPointZero Holding RSC (EPointZero) the energy and infrastructure arm of International Holding Company PJSC (IHC Group), the largest listed company of UAE with market capitalization over $230 billion, has entered in a joint venture with the company, for development, construction and operation of RE projects, which the JV intends to develop in India. Minerva is wholly owned by EPointZero. AGEL UAE shall invest in JVCo for upto 20% interest, as per the JVA.

Adani Green Energy builds, owns and operates power plants powered by renewable sources of energy like solar and wind.
