Ashiana Housing acquires land in Pune
The saleable area is around 20 lakh sq. ft. with a sales value potential of Rs 1,800 crore
Ashiana Housing has acquired a piece of land admeasuring around 28.55 acres on outright purchase basis at Vadgaon, Taluka - Maval, District - Pune, Maharashtra. This is the largest ever land deal by the company for development of a Senior Living project. The saleable area is around 20 lakh sq. ft. with a sales value potential of Rs 1,800 crore.
Ashiana Housing is a real estate development company. It is engaged in building residential and commercial projects. The firm also offers retirement resorts, group housing, hotels, retail and facility management.
