Ashiana Housing informs about acquisition of Land in Pune
Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Ashiana Housing has hereby informed that the company has acquired a piece of land admeasuring 28.55 acres (approx.) on outright purchase basis at Vadgaon, Pune, Maharashtra. This is the largest ever land deal by the company for development of a Senior Living project. The around saleable area is 20 lakhs sq. ft. with a sales value potential of Rs 1,800 crore.
