International Conveyors soars on acquiring equity shares of Religare Enterprises

The cost of acquisition is Rs 3.13 crore

International Conveyors is currently trading at Rs. 75.60, up by 1.98 points or 2.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 73.62 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 74.34 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 78.35 and Rs. 74.29 respectively. So far 7884 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 114.30 on 07-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 59.84 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 78.35 and Rs. 68.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 482.18 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.89% and 29.46% respectively.

International Conveyors has acquired the 1,40,000 equity shares of Religare Enterprises for investment purpose. The cost of acquisition is Rs 3.13 crore. Religare Enterprises is the holding company for one of India’s leading diversified financial services groups.

International Conveyors (ICL) is an India-based company. The company is engaged in manufacturing and marketing solid woven carcass reinforced fire retardant antistatic (FRAS) PVC Conveyor Belting in segment explosive fire hazardous underground mine application.
