(‘e-voting’). The notice of the postal ballot is available on the website of the Company and on the website of the stock exchange. This is submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A 12) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The relevant dates for remote e-voting are enclosed. The company has also attached the Notice of Postal Ballot.
