Avonmore Capital & Management Services has informed that in continuation to the earlier intimation dated February 13, 2026 and April 10, 2026 regarding acquisition of 100% stake in Excelling Geo & Engineering Consultant (EGE Consultant), the Company has successfully completed the acquisition on Monday, April 13, 2026. Pursuant to completion of the transaction and in terms of the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), EGE Consultant has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from Monday, April 13, 2026. The acquisition has been completed upon fulfillment of all conditions precedent as stipulated in the SPA. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations have already been disclosed vide earlier communication dated April 10, 2026.
