TIL has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisements published today, Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, in respect of matters specified under Regulation 92(1) of SEB! CDR Regulations, such as details of subscription, basis of allotment and date of credit of equity shares pursuant to the Rights Issue The advertisements are published in the following newspapers: Financial Express (English national daily newspaper with wide circulation, in all edition): Jansatta (Hindi national daily newspaper with wide circulation); and Dainik Statesman - Kolkata edition (Bengali language daily newspaper, Bengali being the regional language of Kolkata, where the registered office is situated).
